Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, appealing guestrooms and deliver attentive, courteous service to guests. You will follow established cleaning standards, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs to ensure a exceptional guest experience.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and effective communication with team members and guests. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and stock supplies for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day use.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately to Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
