Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Room Attendant for the Hampton Inn Sedona in Sedona, AZ. The role involves cleaning guest rooms to established standards and delivering attentive hospitality on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
