Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham/280 East-Eagle Point is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms. You will strip, make beds, stock supplies, and perform routine cleaning to brand standards, ensuring guest comfort and safety during each stay.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or cleaning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strip rooms and take soiled linens/terry to the laundry.
• Make beds per brand standards.
• Clean guest rooms to brand standards.
• Stock guest rooms to brand standards.
• Clean kitchens, equipment, and utensils to brand standards.
• Carry out deep cleaning duties as assigned.
• Organize and stock supplies on housekeeping carts.
• Clean hallways, stairs, and other common areas in the vicinity of rooms that have been assigned.
• Follow key control and security procedures.
• Report inventory shortages to the Head Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager
