Job summary

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of vacant rooms to guest-ready status within brand standards and time guidelines.

• Follow cleaning procedures outlined in the housekeeping training checklist.
• Report discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
