Job summary

Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans, LA is seeking a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms and public spaces following brand standards to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces according to standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms; remove trash.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and rooms are ready to be sold/occupied.
• Assist with laundry duties and handle lost and found items as needed.
