Royal Sonesta Houston is seeking a Room Attendant/Public Area Attendant to clean guest rooms and public spaces in accordance with brand standards. This role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 75 pounds, and a flexible schedule across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience in extended-stay environments preferred.
• English language fluency preferred; other languages beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to GUEST standards.
• Respond to guest complaints and special requests and take corrective action.
• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards; make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, remove trash.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed so rooms may be sold or occupied.
• May assist with deep cleaning projects and report needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other shifts and management.
• Handle all lost and found items according to procedures.
• Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
