Four Seasons in Manhattan is seeking a Guestroom Attendant Extra to deliver the best hotel experience through meticulous cleaning and attentive service. You will ensure guest rooms are spotless, organized, and welcoming while adhering to Four Seasons standards.

The role is part of the Housekeeping Department, with prior hotel housekeeping experience considered an asset. Strong organizational and communication skills are highly valued, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check‑out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

The Guestroom Attendant Extra delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail , ensur ing all guest rooms are clean and up to standard . This role anticipates , customizes, and services guest'sneeds before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This roleis part of the Housekeeping Department.
