Four Seasons in Atlanta is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to ensure spotless rooms and thoughtful service for our guests. You will work in the Housekeeping Department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a friendly, proactive approach to personalizing the guest experience. Flexible schedule and training opportunities are provided.

• One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests

About The Role

The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping Department, reporting into the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.

What You Will Do

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
