Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The position requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a welcoming guest environment, with duties spanning cleaning, restocking, and ensuring rooms meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent, basic English proficiency, and a willingness to work in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous Housekeeping experience is a plus
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
• Must possess legal United States work authorization

Responsibilities

• Cleans a set number of rooms during a shift.
• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Makes bed according to procedure.
• Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
