Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper (Room Attendant) to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will ensure guests have a pleasant and welcoming stay by delivering a spotless environment.

Responsibilities include bed making, dusting, vacuuming, restocking linens, reporting issues, and upholding hotel standards. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Restock supplies such as towels, soaps, and tissues in guest rooms and public restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow hotel security protocols and ensure guest safety and privacy.
• Perform general cleaning tasks in public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and stairwells.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to hotel cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
