Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper (Room Attendant) to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will ensure guests enjoy a clean, welcoming environment and respond promptly to requests.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and adherence to guest-satisfaction standards. Typical duties include bed making, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Restock supplies such as towels, soaps, and tissues in guest rooms and public restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow hotel security protocols and ensure the safety and privacy of guests.
• Perform general cleaning tasks in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and stairwells.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to the hotel's standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
