Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Room Attendant at Residence Inn Morgan Hill to maintain clean guestrooms and deliver courteous service. This hourly role requires attention to detail and the ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

You will follow standards, restock carts, report maintenance, and ensure guest satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and part-time/full-time options in California.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
