Job summary

Shaner Hotels in Columbus OSU area is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus OSU.

You’ll perform housekeeping duties to brand standards, interact with guests professionally, and support a safe, efficient operation. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable & flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel and brand standards.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies.
• Follow all safety, security, housekeeping, and chemical‑handling procedures.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and complete scheduled deep cleaning.
• Help create a positive guest experience every day!
