Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and hotel spaces in our Columbus properties. You will clean and service rooms, refresh linens and supplies, inspect for cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in housekeeping, hotels, cleaning, or guest services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a service-focused mindset.
• Good communication with guests, team members, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas per brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies while keeping rooms refreshed.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas organized.
• Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly.
• Support deep cleaning, VIP arrivals, and special housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering teams.
