You will replace linens and amenities, inspect rooms for readiness, and collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to support guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and reliability, with a service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned areas per brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to keep rooms guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, and readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage closets, and workspaces.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and service needs.
