Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join our distinguished Housekeeping team. This role requires keen attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a friendly, welcoming environment for our guests.

The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering impeccable service and ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and prepared to the highest standards for an unforgettable stay.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Cleans a set number of rooms during a shift.
• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Makes bed according to procedure.
• Vacuum/scarpet and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent

• Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization
