Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills seeks a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead Room Attendants and Housemen on the floors, ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards. You will conduct detailed inspections and coordinate with the Housekeeping Coordinator to address maintenance issues.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong supervisory and training abilities, and solid MS Office skills. Familiarity with Opera PMS and HotSOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Room Attendants and Housemen to ensure highest standards.
• Inspect rooms daily for cleanliness and defect-free status.
• Maintain linen closets neat, cleaned and stocked.
• Inspect VIP rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Train staff and monitor training program effectiveness.
• Conduct performance reviews regularly.
• Report damages to the Housekeeping leadership.

About the role

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor ensures all guest rooms meet the highest standards by overseeing Room Attendants and Housemen on the floors and conducting detailed inspections of their work.

What we expect:

Responsibilities:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.
• Keep all linen closets neat, cleaned and stocked.
• Inspect rooms daily, including check-out, vacant and make-up rooms for cleanliness and to ensure rooms are defect free.
• Inspect all VIP rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Report to the Housekeeping Coordinator any maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention and follow up on their status.
• Ensure that all vacant/clean rooms and stay over rooms have an updated status.
• Ensure proper care and use of equipment, carts, baskets, cleaning and guest room supplies.
• Ensure that all Lost and Found items are promptly forwarded to the Lost and Found Department.
• Personally conduct training as required and on a regular basis.
• Monitor the implementation and progress of training programs on their effectiveness.
• Regularly conduct and evaluate performance reviews.
• Report any loss or damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment on guest floors to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
