Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village in California is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an inviting guest experience that meets the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will maintain clean, comfortable rooms and support the guest journey with professional service and a welcoming presence. US work authorization is required; full-time schedule offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Cleans a set number of rooms during a shift.
• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Makes bed according to procedure.
• Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
