The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Guestroom Attendant to join our talented team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!

BASIC PURPOSE: Cleans guest rooms to exacting standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift. Removes dirty towels and sheets, replaces them with clean ones, cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the guest room, makes beds, vacuums carpets, and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings. (75%)
2. Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens. (5%)
3. Complies with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%)
4. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant.
