Job summary

No prior restaurant experience required.
Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
Must communicate clearly in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Exceptional grooming habits.

Responsibilities

Greet guests on arrival with warmth and graciousness.
Open the front door for guests entering or leaving when possible.
Record guest names and party size when immediate seating is limited.
Call out table name and party size when tables become available.
Provide guests with estimated waiting time and seating arrangements.
Seat guests based on preferences and guest flow balancing.
Relay messages to servers as needed.
Thank guests and invite them to return.
Answer the phone with a smile and correct greeting.
