Job summary

Daly Seven in Morrisville, NC seeks a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation between the hotel and airport terminals. You will greet guests, help with luggage, and act as a welcoming ambassador to start each journey positively.

You will perform vehicle inspections, keep the shuttle clean, assist with incidental errands, coordinate with front desk for pickups, and ensure timely, courteous service while handling guest inquiries and promoting the franchise club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in passenger transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift and load luggage up to 50–60 lbs.
• Prior customer service experience and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and assist with luggage loading/unloading.
• Provide safe, reliable shuttle transport between hotel and airport terminals.
• Act as a welcoming ambassador and guide guests to local amenities.
• Coordinate with front desk for timely pickups/drop-offs and guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized shuttle interior and perform daily vehicle checks.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
