Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, handle arrivals and departures, process reservations and payments, and assist with guest requests to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires professional communication, basic computer and cash-handling skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. We offer competitive hourly pay of $13.00 to $14.00 per hour and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information, records, and shift documentation.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, privacy, and hotel procedures.
• Monitor lobby and front desk to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift responsibilities and communicate during handoffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
