Qualifications
- Customer-focused attitude essential for guest interactions.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots such as airports, restaurants, and events.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed.
- Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized.
