Kansas City Embassy Suites – Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time shuttle associate to safely transport guests and assist with luggage, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and guest safety while providing exceptional service. Training and internal growth opportunities are highlighted within Atrium.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and drive safely.
• Customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive guests to and from local spots such as airports, restaurants, and events.
• Assist guests with luggage to support a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Warmly welcome guests and respond quickly to questions or requests.
• Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
• Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for guest safety.
