Job summary

Hampton-By-Hilto is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide prompt, safe transportation for guests and their belongings to and from predetermined locations, while delivering a high level of hospitality.

You will maintain knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to assist guests, resolve issues, and contribute to memorable experiences. Advancement opportunities exist through our Management Development Program, with travel discounts and a range of benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel brand environment or transportation is ideal; training provided.
• Must be 21+ with clean driving record and valid license from the state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency required; schedule includes weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and local area to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints, questions or requests promptly and satisfactorily.
• Keep the van(s) clean, fueled, and in good condition.
• Assist other hotel departments as needed.
