Job summary

Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and safely shuttle guests between the airport and hotel.

Responsibilities include knowing the property, guiding guests to facilities and local attractions, upselling hotel amenities, and responding to requests within 2 minutes. The role is part-time with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Ability to drive shuttle and assist with luggage.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors, and provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to the guest\'s room and manage luggage records.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know the property, hours, and directions to facilities and local attractions.
• Sell and upsell hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa, etc).
• Respond to bell service requests within 2 minutes.
