• Assist with luggage handling and storage; ensure records are accurate.
• Safely operate the shuttle van and navigate to/from the airport and hotel.
• Know hotel facilities and local attractions to guide guests effectively.
• Promote on-site amenities such as restaurant, lounge, and spa to guests.
• Respond to bell service requests within 2 minutes.
