Job summary

The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott is looking for a friendly Bell/Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and drive the hotel shuttle. You will share knowledge about the property, direct guests to facilities, and promote on-site amenities to enhance stays.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and handling complaints.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Enjoys working as part of a team to provide great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving and departing; ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with luggage handling and tagging; maintain records.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel facilities, staff, hours, and local attractions.
• Inform guests about hotel amenities and upsell services.
• Respond to bell services requests within 2 minutes.
