Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria is seeking a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver to enhance guest experiences through courteous luggage assistance and reliable shuttle service. You will welcome guests, help with loading, and ensure timely transport to and from multiple locations.

Responsibilities include safe shuttle operation, vehicle upkeep, and clear communication with guests and staff to maintain efficient transportation logistics and exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interaction.
• Basic knowledge of local geography and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival or departure and assist with loading/unloading luggage.
• Operate shuttle vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws and hotel policies; transport guests between the hotel and designated locations.
• Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate shuttle schedules to ensure timely pick‑ups and drop‑offs and communicate with guests and teams.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options to guests.
