Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott invites you to be the friendly face guests remember. You will greet arrivals, assist with luggage, and safely shuttle guests to and from the airport while staying knowledgeable about the hotel and local attractions.

This part-time role values a strong service ethic, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will promote hotel amenities and respond to requests within minutes, delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with strong customer service skills.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Willing to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving and departing; provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to rooms and manage luggage records.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel facilities, hours, and local attractions; provide directions.
• Suggest and sell hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa).
• Respond to bell services requests within 2 minutes.
