Job summary

Sand Valley LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Guest Services Associate based at Clark’s Cabin to coordinate luggage, golf clubs, and guest belongings while supporting transportation needs and general service throughout a guest’s stay.

You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, manage shuttle requests via TrackMyShuttle, coordinate rentals of bikes and kayaks, and work with Front Desk and Housekeeping to keep operations smooth in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation needs.
• Provide accurate information and personalized assistance to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate the pickup, storage, and delivery of golf bags, luggage, and personal belongings.
• Manage daily luggage check-ins and check-outs.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer transportation-related calls and dispatch shuttle drivers using TrackMyShuttle and two-way radios.
• Assist guests with rental processes for bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, and other equipment.
