Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Trolley Driver for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will transport guests safely around the resort and provide outstanding guest service with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Knowledge of the resort and local area will aid guest assistance. The role requires a valid CDL with a Passenger Endorsement, customer service experience, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to sit and drive for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all departments and guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office team.
• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
