Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a hotel guest services professional to maintain the bell station, greet guests, assist with luggage, and help the front desk by delivering items to rooms and answering calls.

The role requires flexibility due to 24/7 operations, with shifts that may vary. You will help guests with directions and local recommendations while upholding safety and cleanliness standards across the lobby and baggage areas.

Responsibilities

• Open & close vehicle doors for guests
• Check guest luggage for day and overnight visits
• Assist guests with storing and retrieving luggage
• Utilize bell carts to transfer luggage to rooms or loading areas
• Maintain lobby station and baggage room
• Greet and welcome guests to the hotel
• Provide local directions and recommendations
• Answer phones and assist PBX/Guest Calls
• Restock supplies at the front desk and grab & go area
• Report emergencies and safety hazards to management
• Maintain a neat and groomed appearance
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures
• Support other front desk personnel when needed
