Anchor Point Management Group is seeking team members for an in-person waxing center in Evergreen Park, IL. The role offers hourly pay with full-time and part-time options and sales bonuses, paid hourly at $15.00–$16.50, with daily pay and a focus on guest experience.

You will greet guests, promote services, educate clients on our product line, manage front desk tasks, and keep the center clean and organized. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting targets.
• Retail, sales, or beauty industry experience a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, confirmations, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
