Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a customer-focused team member in Hollywood, FL to greet guests, promote services, and educate clients on our exclusive lines. The role is in-person, with the option of full-time or part-time hours and a base hourly pay plus sales bonuses.

The ideal candidate will excel in sales and guest service, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be available evenings and weekends to help meet targets.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
