Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products, promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
