Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of volunteer coordination experience; supervisory role preferred.
• 3+ years in retail management or related leadership experience.
• Strong communication, budgeting and regulatory awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community partnerships, outreach, drives and volunteer opportunities.
• Plan, develop and manage activities, budgets, policies and procedures.
• Recruit, orient, coordinate and recognize all volunteers.
• Oversee onsite retail stores, merchandising, revenue plans and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements and promote collaboration.
