AdventHealth in Orlando is hiring a Hospital Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator to oversee community partnerships, volunteer programs and onsite retail operations. You will supervise volunteers and staff, coordinate activities and ensure compliant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership and 1+ year volunteer coordination, with a focus on service excellence and teamwork. Full-time daytime schedule in Orlando, FL with benefits.

• Associate degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of volunteer coordination experience; supervisory role preferred.
• 3+ years in retail management or related leadership experience.
• Strong communication, budgeting and regulatory awareness are essential.

Job Description:

• This position coordinates select community partnerships and outreach efforts, including community food/toy drives and volunteer opportunities for hospital staff.
• Additionally, this role oversees the planning, development, and management of activities, budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure effective utilization of resources and maintain high-quality guest experiences.
• In addition, this position manages the recruitment, orientation, coordination, and recognition of all volunteers, ensuring cooperation between volunteers and hospital staff.
• Additionally, this role oversees all onsite retail stores, develops plans to achieve revenue targets, manages merchandising, and trains and supervises staff and volunteers.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements and promoting collaboration through open communication with employees, patients, physicians, visitors, and other personnel.

• 1+ year experience working with volunteers in an unpaid position, preferably in a supervisory/team leader capacity. [Required]
• 3+ years of relevant and progressive management experience in retail management [Required]

Pay Range:

$60,257.60 - $112,070.40
