Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality at the parking facility in Washington, DC. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of application or be within commutable distance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup as applicable.
• Provide information about local attractions and facilities, and help with directions and reservations.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, issue and collect claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and log vehicle details and revenue when needed.
