Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests and to park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, prompt manner. You will also assist guests with luggage and provide local information to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and about one month of related experience. The schedule is evening hours, with benefits including insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• One month of related experience or training preferred; or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and attentive service to guests.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage handling where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage tickets and keys.
