Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English, follow instructions, present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hospitality following Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue as needed.
• Perform all duties to contribute to efficient, safe operations.
