Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist guests with luggage and bell services during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, providing local information, and processing tickets with accuracy. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or within a commutable distance).
• Ability to read and write English and follow directions.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and attentively.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; share local information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys, and revenue as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
