Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or reside within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Answer guest questions and direct them to facilities and amenities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
