Job summary

Towne Park in Portland, ME is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage throughout arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, provide directions, coordinate transportation, explain rates, and ensure accurate ticketing and safety on the premises. This full-time/part-time role includes benefits through the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide attentive service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information; assist with shuttle needs.
• Explain parking rates, issue claim checks, and manage vehicle keys and payments.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and guest folios and ensure safety of operations.
