Dig World Grapevine in Grapevine, TX, is hiring Park Arrivals Team Members to warmly welcome guests and operate our guest services desk. You’ll process transactions, validate tickets, and support arrivals functions with a friendly, safety‑mocused approach.

You’ll build knowledge of admission products, help guests choose the best option, and model exceptional service while contributing to a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Processing guest transactions using a point of sale system related to the sale and upgrading of ticket products.
• Validating guest tickets while providing a friendly and efficient welcome to Dig World.
• Working supporting arrivals functions including Crossing Guard, Guest Services, and Exit Greeter.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of admission products and assisting guests with purchasing the best option to meet their unique needs.
• Being a service role model and contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.
