Job summary

Dig World Grapevine, an outdoor adventure park in Grapevine, Texas, is hiring for a Food & Beverage and Retail Team Member. You will process guest transactions at the POS, prepare simple snacks and drinks, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests find souvenirs and snacks.

You’ll also assist with events and inventory, contributing to a culture of service excellence. Starting rate is $14/hour with quarterly raises, plus spot bonuses and exclusive local discounts.

Qualifications

• POS system experience or ability to handle guest transactions
• Ability to prepare simple food & beverage orders (snow cones, nachos, popcorn, dirty sodas)
• Strong organization and stocking skills
• Guest service mindset and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple food & beverage orders and snacks
• Ensure products are neatly organized and stocked throughout the day
• Assist guests with souvenirs and snacks and provide information
• Support operations in inventory and administrative duties

• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of parties and events

Dig World Grapevine is an outdoor, 2-acre, family-friendly adventure park right here in Grapevine, Texas. We give guests the unique thrill of operating REAL heavy construction equipment—like excavators and skid steers—alongside awesome attractions like our Dude Perfect Trick Shot Zone and the CRUSHER live souvenir flattening experience.

Your Job as an Food & Beverage and Retail Team Member:

• Processing guest transactions using a point of sale system related to the sale of retail and food & beverage products.
• Preparing simple food & beverage orders including snow cones, nachos, popcorn, and dirty sodas.
• Ensuring all products are neatly organized and properly stocked throughout the day.
• Assisting guests find the perfect souvenirs and snacks by providing information and recommendations regarding retail products and menu items.
• Supporting operations leadership in administrative duties including conducting inventory.
• Being a service role model and contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence.
• Assist with the set up, food service, and breakdown of birthday parties, group packages, and private events.
• Other duties as assigned.
