Qualifications

• All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors. Provide information to guests in person and while assisting with phone calls.
• Behave professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure that guests enjoy their experience. Ticket & Information Office team members are in constant communication with our guests and must be friendly when assisting them, while being an ambassador for Timberline Mountain.
• Solve problems effectively and efficiently, especially during busy shifts.
