Timberline Mountain is hiring Retail Shop Attendants for the 2026-2027 season at the Timberline Mountain Retail Shop in DAVIS, WV. The role involves helping guests choose gear, processing sales, and maintaining an organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 14 years old by 11/1/2026.
• All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them in finding products.
• Sales: Process payments and help customers make purchase decisions.
• Inventory management: Restock and organize products, and notify manager of inventory shortages.
• Visual merchandising: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, and implement visual merchandising guidelines.
• Shop upkeep: Perform tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and emptying trash as needed.

The Retail Shop at Timberline Mountain is a clothing and accessory shop. Retail Shop Attendants assist our guests in selecting the gear best suited to make their day on the snow the best it can be. Retail sales experience and skiing/snowboarding knowledge is desired.

• Sales: Process payments and help customers make purchase decisions.
• Inventory management: Restock and organize products, and notify manager of inventory shortages.

Requirements

Pay Rate

• $14.50 per hour
• Employees may receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Timberline Mountain.
