Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is hiring a Team Member – Full Time to deliver exceptional customer service, assist in cleaning and stocking, and process payments at the plaza POS system.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefit options include health coverage, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service and engage positively with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and all company policies and procedures.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
