Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for Trail’s End Lodge in Park City, UT. You will support the Guest Services Manager while ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk.

The role includes check-in/out, concierge duties, and supervising front-of-house staff. Flex schedules and varied shifts are expected; a valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for growth and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Staff leadership, coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out and settle balances.
• Concierge duties: book restaurants, transportation, childcare and activities.
• Coordinate transportation and bell duties, handle luggage and guest pickups/drop-offs.
• Process cash, credit card and lift ticket sales daily.
• Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate front-of-house staff.
• Demonstrate proactive guest, owner and employee problem resolution with urgency and empathy.
• Develop processes and procedures to ensure smooth front-of-house operation.
• Complete staff timecard entries with the Guest Services Manager.
• Be available as a Guest Services Agent, Concierge or Bell staff as needed.
• Maintain vehicle policy compliance for Deer Valley/HOA vehicles.
